An ongoing direct chat per client, separate from check-ins — text plus auto-compressed image attachments, edit/delete, load-older history, unread counts, draft preservation on failed sends, and a “connection lost” banner.
Feedback videos straight to chat
Recordings can be posted directly into a client's general chat or attached to a specific check-in.
Notifications center
A dedicated page grouping notifications by time, filterable by All / Unread / Chat / Check-in. Clicking deep-links to the right client and place; mark-one or mark-all-read with optimistic updates; an app-wide unread badge stays current.
