Central media library
All training media — videos, images, documents — in one org-scoped library with thumbnails, titles, type filters with live counts and search. Edit, delete (with in-use protection), type-aware size limits (up to 2 GB video). Files served via short-lived secure links.
Automatic video processing
Uploaded and recorded videos transcode to MP4 in the background — with a “processing” badge, auto-generated poster thumbnails, in-app preview player and one-click original download.
Built-in screen recorder
Record your screen right inside the dashboard — pause/resume/stop/cancel with a live timer, screen + microphone + optional webcam, all toggleable mid-recording. No external tools.
Movable camera bubble
The webcam shows as a draggable circular overlay, resizable from corner-of-screen to nearly full-screen (size remembered, full keyboard control).
Live mic meter
A VU meter confirms the mic is picking up sound, with an amber “no audio detected” warning. Captures up to 1440p/30fps and auto-stops before the size limit.
Assign media
Toggle any library item on/off per client (All / Assigned / Available with counts and search) and reuse one uploaded video across many exercises and programs.
